Welcome to AI Photo Generator: Retro ("AI Photo", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Photo mobile app and related services (the "Services"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and you must be able to form a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
AI Photo uses AI to restyle a photo you choose into a themed scene from a past decade — 1970s, 1980s, 1990s or 2000s. Every image the app produces is AI-generated and fictional. It is not a photograph of a real event, it does not depict anything that actually happened, and it should never be presented as a genuine historical photo.
You are responsible for every photo you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm that:
Do not use the Services to impersonate anyone, to create misleading images of real people, to harass, defame or deceive, or to produce sexual, hateful or otherwise unlawful content. We may refuse to process any photo and may end your access if you break these rules.
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the results you save — we do not claim ownership of them. You grant us only the limited, temporary permission needed to process your photo and return your result (see our Privacy Policy). We do not use your photos to train AI models.
To create a result, your photo is sent to our third-party AI provider — OpenAI's gpt-image-2 model, operated by Replicate, Inc. (United States) — solely to generate the image you asked for. The processing is transient and we do not keep your photo. The app names this provider and asks you to accept before your first upload, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in Settings.
The app includes one free AI generation so you can see a real result on your own photo. After that you can choose an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or yearly), each with the photo allowance shown on the purchase screen, or a one-time AI Photo Pack of 10 photos that needs no subscription. There is no free trial. The exact price, what is included and the renewal term are always shown on the purchase screen before you buy. Pack credits do not expire; they are kept with the app on the device where you bought them and do not transfer to other devices. If Apple refunds a pack, the unused credits from that pack are removed. All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your Apple Account settings — the app links there directly from Settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. A generation that fails never counts against your free photo, your allowance or your credits.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." AI results vary with photo quality, and the app may not always preserve every detail of a face or scene. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for how you or anyone else uses an image the app generates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
